The class will cover all the elements of how to create a traditional Asado BBQ, from choosing the correct wood/charcoal when starting the fire, to understanding the different cuts of meat, cooking times and temperatures, and of course how to make traditional chimichurri sauce. You will learn the secrets of how to make your own Asado taste as if it was cooked on the Pampas plains of Argentina!
